What you noticed is worth a vet's eyes soon. Rabbits are good at hiding when something is wrong, so it's best to have your exotic vet take a look before anything has a chance to progress. Book a routine appointment in the next day or two, and call sooner if anything gets worse.
What it can mean
Sneezing or a runny nose can be associated with snuffles (an upper respiratory infection most often caused by Pasteurella bacteria), dental root problems pressing on the nasal passages, or irritation from dust or new bedding. Occasional sneezing without discharge can be normal, but frequent sneezing or a milky or coloured discharge warrants a vet visit soon.
