What it can mean
Because falling over or loss of balance is a vet emergency in rabbits, the vet's exam matters most, but it is most commonly associated with inner ear disease, E. cuniculi (a nervous system parasite), a stroke, or head trauma. Even if the rabbit seems to stabilise, the underlying cause needs urgent veterinary assessment.
