Are paid plans live?
Yes. Create a free account, then open Your plan inside the app to subscribe to Hop or Hop+. The free Burrow plan stays free forever, no card needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel in a couple of clicks from the Your plan page inside the app. Your plan keeps working until the end of the time you already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee.
Will my free plan disappear?
No. The Burrow plan is free forever. The features listed under Burrow will always be free.
Is pricing in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in CAD. BunnyChart is made in BC, Canada.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown before tax. Depending on where you live, sales tax may be added at checkout.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan never asks for payment details. You only enter a card if you choose a paid plan.
