What you noticed is worth a vet's eyes soon. Rabbits are good at hiding when something is wrong, so it's best to have your exotic vet take a look before anything has a chance to progress. Book a routine appointment in the next day or two, and call sooner if anything gets worse.
What it can mean
Runny or weepy eyes can be associated with a blocked tear duct (a common complication of dental disease, as tooth roots run close to the tear duct), a Pasteurella infection causing conjunctivitis, or environmental irritants. In many cases the eye symptoms are a secondary sign of dental or respiratory disease, so a vet visit soon will help find the root cause.
