This is usually worth keeping an eye on. The main thing to watch: is your bunny still eating hay and passing normal poops? If either stops, call your exotic vet the same day. Otherwise, note when it started and keep an eye on their eating, pooping, and energy over the next day or two. If it hasn't settled by then, or anything gets worse, book a vet visit.
What it can mean
Being quieter or less active than usual can sometimes just reflect a warm day, a change in routine, or a mild off day. It can also be an early sign of pain, illness, or stress, since rabbits tend to hide discomfort until it becomes severe. If it lasts more than a day or two, or you notice anything else changing (eating, pooping, posture), it is worth calling your exotic vet to be safe.
