Woody nightshade (bittersweet)
Best avoidedA scrambling hedgerow plant with purple flowers and red berries. The unripe green berries and leaves hold solanine-type toxins that irritate the gut and affect the nervous system, causing drooling, belly pain, diarrhoea, weakness, wobbliness and, in bad cases, tremors.
How much: Never feed. Keep rabbits away from the berries when foraging.
