Best avoidedHolds hypericin, a pigment that makes the skin react badly to sunlight. After a rabbit eats it, pale, exposed skin (ears, eyelids, nose) can redden, blister and become sore in the sun. The harm builds with sun exposure rather than being a sudden poisoning.
