Is lantana toxic to rabbits?
A sourced answer from House Rabbit Society and RWAF guidance. If your bunny has chewed this plant, call your exotic vet right away.
Lantana
Best avoidedLeaves and unripe green berries hold lantadenes that damage the liver, and rabbits are among the animals known to be vulnerable. The green berries can be fatal. Signs build slowly: loss of appetite, dullness, constipation then diarrhoea, yellowing (jaundice) and sun-sensitive skin.
How much: Never feed. Keep this flowering shrub and its berries away from rabbits.
If your bunny has already eaten this, call your exotic vet now.
