Is crocus toxic to rabbits?
A sourced answer from House Rabbit Society and RWAF guidance. If your bunny has chewed this plant, call your exotic vet right away.
Crocus (spring crocus)
Best avoidedA spring bulb in the same risky group as daffodils and tulips. The corm (the underground bulb) is the most toxic part and causes drooling, gut upset and a rabbit going off its food. Important: this is the milder spring crocus; the autumn crocus is far deadlier (see its own entry).
How much: Never feed. Keep corms and planted beds out of reach.
If your bunny has already eaten this, call your exotic vet now.
