Best avoidedMushrooms and toadstools are listed among the plants poisonous to rabbits. Neither you nor your rabbit can reliably tell a safe mushroom from a deadly one, and many wild kinds carry toxins (surviving cooking) that damage the liver, kidneys or nervous system. Because rabbits cannot be sick, anything toxic they swallow has to pass all the way through. Even shop mushrooms offer a rabbit nothing and can upset the gut.
How much: Never feed. Keep wild and kitchen mushrooms away from your rabbit; a suspected wild-mushroom nibble is an emergency.
